Terms and Conditions – Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

You have been accepted by RHO Aviation Training Services Pty Ltd (RHO Aviation) to have your crew skillset assessed against the requirements of either the AVI40119 Certificate IV in Aviation (Air Crew Officer) or AVI30519 Certificate III in Aviation (Rescue Crew Officer).

You as the applicant have indicated to RHO Aviation that you are currently working within the industry as Aircrew and have the appropriate industry skills to undertake your current employment as either an Air Crew Officer or Rescue Crew Officer. Please enure you refer to the training.gov.au website for further information concerning the requirements of your chosen qualification.

You as the applicant acknowledge you may not be successful in some of or all of the Units required to meet the RPL for the qualification, and you agree that any decision of RHO Aviation is final and in accordance with the Student Information Handbook.

To obtain RPL all Units will be assessed and evidence is required to be provided for each Unit. You agree that any evidence or documentation provided will be retained by RHO Aviation in accordance with the Act.

If you are not successful in all Units, then you will be offered RPL only for those Units that you are assessed as suitable and a Statement of Attainment will be issued only for those units you are assessed competent in.

You will be required to have all of your evidence verified by your Chief Crewman, Chief Pilot or a suitably qualified person.

The RPL process must be completed within 12 months from the date the RPL kit is sent to the applicant.
